Blocking and replacing an OV-chipkaart
Your OV-chipkaart has been lost or stolen. The first thing you need to do is block the card so that no one else can travel with your season ticket. You can block your card and immediately request a new card at OV-chipkaart.nl.
Travelling with a temporary ticket
While you are waiting for your new OV-chipkaart to arrive, you can continue travelling with your season ticket using a Temporary Ticket.
