Information about the use of your data when you place an order through Thuisbezord.nl or Foodsy at a Julia's restaurant located at one of the stations.
What personal data do we use?
When you place an order with Julia's through Thuisbezorgd.nl or Foodsy, Thuisbezorgd.nl and Foodsy ask you to provide some personal data. For the processing of this personal data, both Thuisbezorgd.nl and Foodsy are data controllers under the General Data Protection Regulation. Their respective privacy statements provide information about the processing of your personal data. However, Thuisbezorgd.nl and Foodsy also share a small number of categories of personal data with Julia's in order to process your order. Julia's receives your name or account name and contact details for this purpose.
What do we use your personal data for?
The principle for processing is: justified interest.
The principle for processing your name, account name and contact details is justified interest. Julia's needs these data to process your order. Thuisbezorgd.nl and Foodsy pass on your order, including your name, account name and contact details to Julia's, after which Julia's can start processing your order. In some cases, the products you ordered may not be available. Should this happen, we will then contact you to discuss whether you would like to change your order. This helps prevent long waiting times and disappointed customers.
With whom do we share data?
We contract third parties to provide IT services. These third parties process our data solely for our own internal use, and for no other purpose. We have made agreements with these parties pertaining to the processing of personal data.
We are authorised to provide your personal data to parties outside the European Economic Community under certain circumstances. In that event, we will take suitable measures with these parties, for example by agreeing to the standard provisions required by the European Commission.
How long do we store your data?
When we receive your data from Thuisbezorgd.nl or Foodsy, we store the data for up to 24 hours after you placed your order. We may use the data during this period to contact you about your order and to process your order in our system at the end of the day.

As a data subject, you have several rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG)) to enable you to better protect and manage your personal data.
