In Mijn NS Zakelijk, what is the difference between a contact and cardholder?
There are two types of accounts for managing the NS Business Card:
  • Accounts for contacts of an organisation
  • Accounts for persons travelling with the NS Business Card (cardholders)
Accounts are distinguished because a contact person needs to be able to perform different administrative actions, at organisation level, than a cardholder.
You use a contact person account when you are responsible within your organisation for the management and administration around the use of NS Business Cards. This is also laid down in the agreement with NS Business. Depending on your role, you will receive login details by e-mail for a contact person account or a cardholder account respectively.
Contact persons log in to Mijn NS Zakelijk with their username and password. Cardholders log in with their e-mail address and password.
Note: are you a self-employed person? Then you will have access to both accounts because you are both the contact person for your organisation and the one travelling with the NS Business Card yourself. We advise you to use only the contact person account. This gives you access to the most extensive possibilities and you only need to activate one account.
How do I access Mijn NS Zakelijk?
The moment your organisation enters into an agreement with NS Zakelijk, or you order an NS Business Card online for the first time, you will automatically receive an e-mail inviting you to create an account.
My NS Business account when using a department card
If you travel with a department card, the NS contact person within your organisation will create an account for you. You will receive a link to activate your own My NS Zakelijk account. If you already have an active Mijn NS Zakelijk account, you will find both the department card and your personal NS Business Card in your account.
What is possible in Mijn NS Zakelijk?
As a contact person, you can manage the following in Mijn NS Zakelijk:
  • Create Mijn NS Zakelijk accounts for your employees.
  • Add and remove employees, or make address changes. Order and approve NS-Business Cards (optional).
  • Change additional subscriptions or terminate NS-Business Cards. 
  • View and download invoices, specifications and transaction data.
  • Use the 'Mobility Dashboard', where you can view and download (management) reports, for example on costs and CO2 savings.
  • Apply for a duplicate NS-Business Card in case of loss, theft or a defective card.
  • View journeys and add characteristics (such as 'business' or 'private') to journeys and transactions.
  • View company data and agreements.
I cannot log in/I have lost my login details
Do you have a personal NS Business Card, but cannot log in to Mijn NS Zakelijk? You may not have activated your account yet. So do this first to be able to log in afterwards.

Do you already have an account, but have lost your login details?
  • request a new password as cardholder
  • request login details as contact person
Deactivate my account
When your NS Business Card has been terminated, the NS contact person of your organisation can deregister you as a cardholder in Mijn NS Zakelijk (via the contact person account). After deregistering, your employer will no longer see your details. You can then access your own data in your Mijn NS Zakelijk account for as long as you wish.
