There are two types of accounts for managing the NS Business Card:
Accounts are distinguished because a contact person needs to be able to perform different administrative actions, at organisation level, than a cardholder.
You use a contact person account when you are responsible within your organisation for the management and administration around the use of NS Business Cards. This is also laid down in the agreement with NS Business.
Depending on your role, you will receive login details by e-mail for a contact person account or a cardholder account respectively.
Contact persons log in to Mijn NS Zakelijk with their username and password. Cardholders log in with their e-mail address and password.
Note: are you a self-employed person? Then you will have access to both accounts because you are both the contact person for your organisation and the one travelling with the NS Business Card yourself. We advise you to use only the contact person account. This gives you access to the most extensive possibilities and you only need to activate one account.
