Correction fees NS-Business Card

If you forget to check in or out on the train or other public transport, we cannot determine the fare. We then charge a correction fee. Correction fees differ per subscription and will always be settled via the invoice.

Did you miss a check-out on an NS train? You can correct this yourself in Mijn NS Zakelijk, up to 5 times per calendar year. From the sixth time onwards, this is only possible via our Customer Service.

Insufficient right to travel (1st class travel with a 2nd class product, not checked out): € 20
No right to travel (no check-in, travelling in the direction of the check-in station): € 45

No check-out after a train journey with Connexxion, Keolis, Arriva or Abellio: € 10
No check-in for a Connexxion, Keolis, Arriva or Abellio train journey: direct penalty on the train
No check-out on the bus, tram or metro: € 4
