In NS Go, you decide which means of transportation you offer to employees. Besides traveling by public transport, you can also let them choose partial transport by bike, scooter or car. But own transport or a cab is also an option. Next, employees choose how they want to travel on which days. Via trip logs, all mileage allowances are automatically settled per means of transport. NS Business Card

With the NS Business Card, employees always have all sustainable means of transport such as train, bus, streetcar, metro and OV-fiets within easy reach. Ordering is free and very easy in just a few steps. Each card can be expanded with inexpensive subscriptions to suit the employee's travel habits.

Shared transport

In addition to public transport, you can let your employees travel door-to-door with shared transport such as bicycles, scooters and cars. We offer the following modes of transportation:

• OV bikes and OV e-bikes
• Electric share bikes from TIER
• Check shared scooters

Trip registrations

NS Go records all mileage per mode of transport. This allows you to compare the travel behavior of employees with your goals and KPIs for a sustainable and vital organization. You can adjust your mobility policy accordingly. For example, by increasing the mileage allowance for public transport and cycling and decreasing that for the car, you encourage employees to make green and healthy choices.

Linkage to mobility contracts

NS Go can be linked to other mobility contracts for seamless processing of all travel expenses. This is possible, for example, with:

Declaration of other travel expenses

All administration around mobility comes together in NS Go. Employees can also easily declare their parking tickets, fuel receipts and other travel expenses here. So they no longer have to do that through other systems. Very handy!
