NS Zakelijk is happy to help you with the CO2 reporting that is mandatory for companies with 100 or more employees since July 2024. The reporting obligation requires you as an employer to submit an annual statement of the total number of commuting and business kilometres travelled within the organisation. Does your organisation have no insight into the distribution of kilometres travelled? If so, you can ask for this breakdown by conducting an annual survey among all employees. To help you with this, we have created a template and a manual to process the results in a CO2 report.
