Just graduated, stopped studying to do something else, or continuing your studies? You can still can order one year of Dal Voordeel free of charge after you return your student travel product. How to request NS Flex Dal Voordeel:
- Stop your Student travel product via DUO.
- Once you've stopped your student travel product, open the NS Flex Dal Voordeel offer page.
- Complete the order between 48 hours after and 6 months of returning your student travel product and use the same OV-chipkaart you used for your student travel product.

You can also choose to take out a Dal Voordeel (Off-peak discount) season ticket on the basis of balance. This season ticket also allows you to travel by train with a 40% discount during off-peak hours, weekends and holidays.

- A balance of at least €10 on your OV-chipkaart
- Combined travel discount: 40% discount during off-peak hours for up to three travel companions

I am a student/recent graduate: I cannot order Dal Voordeel for free. What can I do about it?
We're sorry to hear you couldn't complete your order. The following is list of things you can try to solve the problem. Check:
- Have you stopped your student travel product at DUO? You can only order Dal Voordeel for free once you've stopped your student travel product.
- Have you entered the same OV-chipkaart number? The Dal Voordeel season ticket must be added to the same OV-chipkaart you used for your student travel product.
- Have you submitted your order on the same day you stopped your student travel product? If so, try again a day later, once the stop order has been processed.
- Have you submitted your order starting from 48 hours and within six months after stopping your student travel product?
