Mijn NS is the personalised environment in which you can view all of your journeys and expenses and manage your data while arranging a number of things yourself.

Here's how to get the most out of Mijn NS:

  • Create an account
  • Log into Mijn NS in the NS app (or on the website)
  • Add a card: either your OV-chipkaart or a debit card

Explore all of the benefits

Make sure to add your OV-chipkaart or debit card, as this is the best way to ensure you get the best out of Mijn NS.

View your journeys

You can view your journeys and the associated costs in your travel history. It may take a little while for this data to become visible, especially if you've been travelling with another carrier.

View your invoices 

You can view all of your invoices in one spot, and therefore all of the costs you've incurred that month when using your card. This includes your season ticket and all separate products.

Requesting a refund

If you've forgotten to check out, or have experienced significant delays, you can request a refund through Mijn NS. You can also change the settings so that we send you a notification in the event that you forget to check out. That will help the next time you travel!

Giving or receiving a Co-travel discount

As a season ticket holder, you can give a Co-travel discount to your companions through Mijn NS, or you can enable a Co-travel discount that you have received from someone else.

Indispensable for all your travel needs

By logging into Mijn NS in the NS app, you'll always have all the information you need to hand. For example, we can notify you if you forget to check out, you can easily switch classes, and you can view your balance wherever you are.
