OV Service & Tickets shops
At a number of stations the NS has shops which you can go to for service or for example to buy a season ticket. These are called the Tickets & Service shops. Some of these shops have been or will in the next few years be replaced with a new formula: OV Service & Tickets shops. The new aspect of this formula is that it allows the NS and local public transport companies to work together where possible to provide you with information about and sell tickets for the train, bus, metro and tram.
The Service & Tickets shop
The employees of NS and other transport companies at the OV Service & Tickets shop would be happy to help you. They can give advice on season tickets answer questions about your OV-chipkaart and provide you with personalised travel advice. The shops also feature information screens where travellers can find a wealth of useful information. At the self-service desks, travellers can plan their journeys to a wide range of destinations, such as a museum in Utrecht. And with a press of a button, you can instantly print out a travel plan to take along with you.
