OV Service & Tickets shops
You can find our service shops at various NS stations. These shops are called OV Service & Tickets or Tickets & Service, and that's where you'll find us if you need help with any questions about your journey, your OV-chipkaart or season tickets. Local carriers are also present in some shops, and together with them, we'll be happy to help you on your way.
What can you arrange in our shops?
You're very welcome to come to our OV Service & Tickets shops for help with all your questions. For example:
- Personal travel advice: we'll help you plan your day out.
- Information about season tickets: we can help you find the best season ticket to meet your travel needs.
- Help with your OV-chipkaart: topping up your balance, and replacing or blocking a card.
The information screens in the shop provide a lot of useful information. You can also easily plan a journey for yourself at the self-service desks, such as a day out to a museum in Utrecht. Just one click, and you can print out your travel advice to take away with you.
