Guarded bicycle storage
Has your bicycle been stolen from a guarded bicycle storage facility? Report this to the bicycle storage facility's attendant as quickly as possible. He or she will provide you with further assistance.
Self-service bicycle storage
In the self-service bicycle parking area, you can report to the control room via the information button. You can also contact NS Customer Service. They are available day and night and will be happy to help you.
Damaged or lost key
Bike locker key damaged or lost
As we are in the process of putting a new system live, you will not be able to report a lost or damaged key until 16 April. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
If you have lost the key to your bicycle locker or it is damaged, report this as soon as possible to NS Customer Service using this form.
If you lose your key, you will have to pay the costs of replacing the lock of the locker. After you have paid these costs, you will receive one new key.
