Bicycle lockers

If you want to make use of a bicycle locker by means of a Bicycle Locker season ticket, we will use data including your name, address, contact data, date of birth and bank data. We also use your telephone number if you provide it to us. You provide this data yourself when you request a bicycle locker season ticket. 

The basis for data processing is: performance of the contract

In order to use a bicycle locker, you must have a bicycle locker season ticket. You can take out this season ticket online. Your name, contact data, date of birth and bank account number are necessary for the performance of the contract. Without this data, we cannot collect the Season Ticket Fee or contact you about establishing the season ticket (for example, if there is a waiting list), about an invoice or about bicycle locker malfunctions. We use your address data to send you the bicycle locker key.

We contract third parties to provide IT services. These third parties process the data solely for our own internal use, and for no other purpose. We have made agreements with these parties pertaining to the processing of personal data.

We are authorised to provide your personal data to parties outside the European Economic Community under certain circumstances. In that event, we will take suitable measures with these parties, for example by agreeing to the standard provisions required by the European Commission.

We will store your data for up to 18 months after the end of the agreement.
