Audio connection
All OV Service Ships and information desks at the station are equipped with an audio connection for travellers with a hearing impairment. Simply set your hearing aid to the audio connection setting, and you will be able to hear our assistants speaking without distracting background noises.
Information about departure times
If you cannot hear the announcements at the station, the NS Travel Planner is a good alternative. Almost all information about delays, disruptions and changed departure platforms can be found in the Travel Planner at ns.nl and in the NS App.
