At the station

When travelling with a hearing impairment, it's useful to know which facilities are available at the station for travellers who have trouble hearing. This page features all you need to know about what to expect at the station when travelling with a hearing impairment.

Audio connection

All OV Service Shops and information desks at the station are equipped with an audio-frequency induction loop (AFIL) system for travellers with a hearing impairment. Simply set your hearing aid to the AFIL setting, and you will be able to hear our assistants speaking without distracting background noises.

Information about departure times

If you are unable to hear our announcements, the Travel Planner is a good alternative source of information. You can find almost all information about delays, disruptions and changed departure platforms in the Planner.
