Don't have an account yet?

If you don't have an account yet while you do have (or will get) an NS-Business Card, you can activate your account below.

Activate your account
What is the difference between a contact person and a cardholder? And how does it work for a self-employed professional?

There are two types of accounts when it comes to an NS-Business Card:

Accounts for contact persons within an organisation

Accounts for people travelling with NS-Business Cards (cardholders)

Are you responsible for the management and administration of the NS-Business Cards? Then you should use the contact person account. Opt for a cardholder account if this doesn't apply to you.

Depending on your role, we'll send you the login details for a contact person or cardholder account by email. As a contact person you can log in to Mijn NS Zakelijk using your username and password. Cardholders can log in with their email address and password.

Logging in as a self-employed professional

If you are a self-employed professional, you'll get access to both accounts. This is because you're both the contact person for your organisation and will be using the NS-Business Card to travel at the same time. In this case, we recommend that you use the contact person account only. This will give you access to most features and means you only have to activate one account.
