With our NS apps for your mobile devices, you can sign into your Mijn NS account whenever, wherever. With the app, you can view your trip and transaction history, edit your contact details or sign up a train trip. To continue to use these features, please make sure to regularly update the apps.
Why update your NS apps
It's important to regularly update our apps. The most recent version of our apps protect your data most effectively and enable you to keep using all of the features of our apps.
Protecting personal data
In order to keep your personal data safe, you will no longer be able to log into Mijn NS when running an outdated version of our app(s). You have to log in to view your trip history and transactions, edit your contact details or sign up a train trip, so we recommend that you update the apps to at least the following versions:
NS app
To continue to log into the NS app, you need to run at least version 7.18.0 (iOS) or version 6.12.0 (Android) of the app.
NS International app
To continue to log into the NS app, you need to run at least version 5.14.0 (iOS) of versie 5.13.0 (Android) of the app.
The travel planner feature will continue to work regardless of what version you have installed.
