Requesting refunds for forgotten, lost or stolen season tickets

If you did not have your NS season ticket on you or if it has been lost or stolen, we offer the possibility of getting the extra costs for the replacement ticket refunded. This also applies if you accidentally checked in using your debit card (bank card) and so did not get your discount. You should then state ‘Forgotten season ticket’ as the reason for the claim.

Refunds for costs incurred for a lost or stolen NS Business Card can be submitted here .
