Requesting refunds for a forgotten, lost or stolen NS Business Card

If you did not have your NS Business Card on you or if it has been lost or stolen, we offer the possibility of getting the extra costs for the replacement ticket refunded. This also applies if you accidentally checked in using your debit card (bank card) and so did not get your discount. You should then state ‘Forgotten NS Business Card’ as the reason for the claim.
