With these, you can check in and out independently across all public transport. Any missed check-ins or check-outs will be automatically corrected, and you’ll pay your costs monthly in arrears. NS Flex season ticket for the Blind and Visually Impaired

NS Flex season ticket for the Blind and Visually Impaired is an addition to your NS Flex subscription. If you don’t have NS Flex yet, you can order it online on our website or through our Customer Service. Additionally, you need an OV-Begeleiderskaart B, specifically for the visually impaired. If you don’t have an OV-Begeleiderskaart yet, you can apply for it through the Argonaut website.
Apply for NS Flex for the Visually Impaired with a copy of your OV-Begeleiderskaart B. Download the application form via the button below. Fill out the form digitally or print it and send it by mail to our Customer Service. Your application will be processed within two weeks.
NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired
You don't need to travel for business to get the NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired. A Chamber of Commerce number is not required. Here are the benefits:

You can order the NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired if you have an OV-Begeleiderskaart B. If you don't have an OV-Begeleiderskaart yet, you can apply for it via the Argonaut website. What are the differences between NS Flex and NS-Business Card?
Missed Check-ins and Check-outs
- NS Flex: unlimited automatic corrections for NS journeys operated by NS, up to ten self-corrections per year for NS journeys, up to three self-corrections per year for other transport providers via uitcheckgemist.nl.
- NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired: unlimited corrections for all transport providers, carried out by the Serviceloket for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
Subscriptions
- NS Flex: available as Basis, Dal Voordeel, Altijd Voordeel, Weekend Voordeel, Weekend Vrij, Dal Vrij, Altijd Vrij, Traject Vrij, valid for other train operators.
- NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired: available as Basis, Dal Voordeel, Traject Vrij, Trein Vrij, and OV Vrij; no discount with a Dal subscription for other operators.
OV-chipkaart
- NS Flex: you must visit an NS ticket machine once for existing cards; new cards can be ordered without visiting a ticket machine.
- NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired: you can use your new OV-chipkaart without visiting a ticket machine first.

- NS Flex: can be added to an OV-chipkaart, provided the bus, tram, and metro portion of NS Flex is deactivated via our Customer Service.
- NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired: cannot be added to the OV-chipkaart of the NS-Business Card. It will continue to work on your current OV-chipkaart.

I have NS Flex for the Blind and Visually Impaired. What should I do if I missed a check-in or check-out?
Did you miss a check-in or check-out for a journey with NS? We will automatically correct this based on your travel history. You don't need to do anything. If an automatic correction has been made, you will receive an email. You can also find an automatic correction in My NS.
If the automatic correction is incorrect or if we were unable to make an automatic correction, you can adjust it yourself in My NS. You can also contact our Customer Service at 030-751 51 55. You may adjust a maximum of 10 automatic corrections per year with NS. For other transport providers, this is a maximum of 3 times per year. To request a correction with other providers, visit the Uitcheckgemist website.

I have NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired. What should I do if I missed a check-in or check-out?
If you have an NS-Business Card for the Blind and Visually Impaired and something goes wrong with checking in or out, the Serviceloket for the Blind & Visually Impaired will correct the missed check-in or check-out for you. This applies to both NS and other transport providers.
