Recommended pedestrian route at your changeover station
At some stations, you may find that the access gates on the platform are closed when you want to change trains. To continue travelling, you then check out and back in again. This could cost you extra, because the system then charges you for the route actually taken instead of the shortest route. You can avoid these extra charges by following the recommended pedestrian diversions.
